TEC Index Results Q4 December 2005: Results of the latest TEC Index which specifically focuses on leadership issues and shows TEC Members believe the worst quality of a CEO would be lack of delegation and procrastination. TEC Index Results Q3 2005: The results show that TEC Members are bouncing back from a slight general business confidence decline. On work place issues TEC Members found that mentoring and improved communication are the best methods to overcome personality clashes in the work place. Over three quarters of TEC Members said they lack enough knowledge about managing generation Y employees.
